(Annexure A - Investor Charter in respect of Research Analysts (RAs))

As per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/81 dated June 02, 2025

Every investor should be able to invest in right investment products based on their needs, manage and monitor them to meet their goals, access reports and enjoy financial wellness./p>

2. Details of business transacted by the Research Analyst with respect to the investors/traders

  • Publishing research reports with independent and unbiased views on securities.
  • Offering research-based recommendations based on thorough analysis of publicly available information, disclosing potential conflicts of interest and financial interests in recommended securities.
  • Maintaining records as per SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014 and subsequent circulars.
  • Conducting annual audit to ensure compliance with regulatory framework.

3. Details of services provided to investors/traders and indicative timelines for service delivery

  • Smooth onboarding of clients including appropriate risk profiling for suitability of research products.
  • Providing clear and comprehensive disclosures to clients as mandated by SEBI.
  • Distributing research reports and recommendations to clients in a timely and non-discriminatory manner.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of research reports until publicly disseminated.
  • Addressing client queries regarding research reports and recommendations.

Note: While specific timelines for all services are not mandated, we strive for prompt service delivery. Grievance redressal timelines are detailed below.

4. Details of grievance redressal mechanism and how to access it

In case of any grievance / complaint, an investor should approach the concerned research analyst (ARTH SADHANA). The complaint shall be redressed in a timely manner. If the investor’s complaint is not redressed satisfactorily, one may lodge a complaint with SEBI on SEBI’s SCORES portal (www.scores.gov.in) or SEBI SCORES mobile app. SEBI takes up the complaints registered via SCORES with the concerned intermediary for timely redressal.

Complaints against Research Analysts are handled as per SEBI guidelines. Timelines for complaint resolution typically involve acknowledgement within 7 working days and endeavor to resolve within 30 calendar days.

5. Expectations from the investors/traders (Responsibilities of investors/traders)

Do’s

  • Always deal with SEBI registered Research Analyst. Check for SEBI registration number (Our Reg No: INH000020341).

  • Ensure that the Research Analyst has a valid registration certificate by checking the SEBI website.

  • Carefully read the terms and conditions of the agreement signed with the Research Analyst.

  • Understand the risks associated with trading in securities before acting on any research recommendation.

  • Pay attention to disclosures made in research reports concerning financial interests or conflicts of interest.

  • Make payments to the Research Analyst only through banking channels and maintain records of the same.

  • Ask questions and clear all doubts with the Research Analyst before acting on research recommendations.

  • Lodge your complaints in a timely manner for quick redressal.

  • Keep copies of all trading-related documents.

  • Inform SEBI about Research Analysts offering assured or guaranteed returns from trading, or demanding trading terminal credentials.

Don’ts

  • Do not deal with unregistered entities for research services.

  • Do not fall for unrealistic advertisements or market rumours.

  • Do not get lured by promises of fixed or guaranteed returns from trading.

  • Do not share your trading account login credentials (User ID, password) or DEMAT account details with the Research Analyst.

  • Do not blindly follow research recommendations without understanding the underlying rationale and risks involved in trading.

  • Do not make payments in cash or to personal accounts of employees/representatives of the Research Analyst.
